THE 7 KEY POINTS

  • Definition of objectives, targets, channels, and budget. Implementation of the overall plan, accompanied by feedback on past actions to capitalize on lessons learned.

  • Selection of products to be marketed. Feasibility validation: production, inventory, logistics, costs, and deadlines.

  • Complete online store setup: visual identity, product listings, optimized checkout process, payment solutions, and delivery options.

  • Launch of the e-shop. Technical checks and customer journey tests (desktop & mobile) to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Monitoring key indicators: volumes, conversion rates, average basket sizes, customer behavior. Analysis to identify areas for optimization.

  • Setting the launch date or special promotion (drop, pre-order, collaboration). Coordinating actions to maximize visibility.

  • Preparation of performance reports and management of invoicing. Clear and clean closure of the project or campaign.
